The 32-year-old last featured for Masandawana last season after sensationally handing in a transfer request to the club recently.
Sirino made a scoring return to the team when scoring a stoppage-time equaliser to send Wednesday's match into extra-time.
The Brazilians though, eventually were on the losing side of the shootout to crash out of the tournament.
"It's good. Life rewards you when you do good, the club did good by accepting his apology," Mokwena said.
"The player did good by apologising, and recognising his wrongs.
"That's how God works, and the universe works when you do good and you get rewarded and he showed good resilience, good passivity, and a really good attitude and helped the team come back."
The Brazilians were without several first-team stars, including captain Themba Zwane, Khuliso Modau, and Ronwen Williams due to national team commitments.
